This Privacy Policy explains how Arteneldigitale collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit arteneldigitale.com, contact us or work with us. We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Arteneldigitale is a digital agency with teams in Italy, the USA and Türkiye. The legal entity responsible for this website and for your personal data is the sole proprietorship named above.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us

• Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.

• Email and WhatsApp: your contact details and anything you choose to share with us.

• Client projects: company details, contact persons, invoicing data and project materials needed to deliver our services.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and referring site, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

• Analytics and advertising data collected through cookies and similar technologies, only after you give consent where consent is required. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use your data and on which legal basis

• Replying to your enquiries and preparing offers – steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).

• Delivering and invoicing our services – performance of a contract and legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç) and (c)).

• Keeping the website secure and working – our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

• Analytics and advertising measurement – your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Framer B.V. – website hosting, forms and privacy-friendly site analytics.

• Google – business email (Google Workspace) and, if you consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement.

• Meta Platforms – WhatsApp communication and, if you consent, Meta Pixel advertising measurement.

• Accountants, banks and public authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside Türkiye and the EEA, for example in the European Union or the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9.

6. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 2 years.

• Client and invoicing records: as long as required by Turkish tax and commercial law, generally 10 years.

• Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the tool, at most 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22 you can ask us to tell you whether we process your data, give you a copy, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, transfer it to another provider and withdraw consent at any time. You can also object to decisions based solely on automated processing.

To use your rights, email info@arteneldigitale.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you live in the EEA or the UK, to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive data such as passwords or payment card details through the contact form.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the latest version is shown on this page. For Turkish-speaking visitors, our KVKK Aydınlatma Metni provides the same information in Turkish.
