The project required separate environment, character and creature assets to feel like parts of one believable medieval-fantasy world, with a consistent sense of scale, atmosphere and visual hierarchy.
Greybox castle studies, daylight and night lighting tests, material development and creature-scale compositions were used to evaluate how locations and characters would read inside a game environment.

A focused game-art presentation connecting world-building, environment development and character scale across a coherent series of medieval-fantasy scenes.
The final render library documents the visual-development process from early castle blockouts to finished village, fortress, character, prop and creature compositions.
Next projects.
